A companion piece to Africa, painted in the same flat outlined style. A figure in a blue cap sits on the ground decorating a small pot, with a larger vessel already finished and standing beside them, both patterned in red, yellow, green and blue. The clothing is a patchwork of triangles and zigzags against plain white cloth. The ground is left as bare warm ochre, marked only with flecks of dry grass.
