A single eye filling the whole canvas, the iris built from radiating strokes of teal, blue, magenta and yellow around a black pupil, the lashes drawn in with quick black lines. The skin around it is broken into patches of pink, orange and lilac laid on thickly. A small canvas at 20 by 30cm, and one of the boldest things she has painted. Small enough for a shelf or a narrow stretch of wall.
