A hillside village painted from the top of the hill down, terracotta roofs stacked among orange, yellow and blue trees, a white church at the centre, windmills on the far ridge and snow on the blue mountains behind. The sky is flat gold with a round sun in it. Artur paints every roof tile and every window frame, and keeps the colour unmixed throughout. The largest and most detailed work here at 75 by 95cm.
