Three white lilies on a single stem against flat black, two open and one still furled, the stamens picked out in ochre. Artur keeps the petals almost entirely white and finds their form with the faintest grey, which is a difficult thing to bring off. The leaves come up dark green from the lower edge. One of a pair with Iris Flower.
